Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VidyaCRM software and services available at vidyacrm.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VidyaCRM provides an all-in-one platform for institutes and businesses — website builder, CRM & admissions, fees, LMS, certificates, franchise management and related tools. Features may vary by the plan you choose.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the data you and your team add.
• You must be authorised to represent the business/institute you register.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page (monthly or yearly). Prices are in INR and may exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your subscription gives you access for the paid period.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including no illegal content, no attempts to breach security, no reselling of the Service without our written permission, and no activity that harms other users or the platform.

5. Your Data & Ownership

The content you add (students, leads, invoices, etc.) remains yours. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service. We may access it for support or to comply with law.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidyaCRM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.
